A Pearl's Place at Beachside is a family friendly three-bedroom, three-bath townhome conveniently located on South 11th street. This upscale unit sits near the HEATED salt water pool. It is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired decor and has beautiful tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! Park your cars in the two assigned parking spaces and leave them for the duration of your stay.. An 8-minute walk gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities.

After sightseeing, return to your Port A home and relax in your private backyard with ample seating.  Open up the door to your living room, where you will find new plush sectional, a flat screen HD TV, cable and Wifi. The dining room seats 8 with a grand bench and 5 chairs. The spacious bar has seating for 4 to visit with each other in the kitchen area. The full kitchen has a large island and is equipped with cookware to meet your culinary needs. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances are a bonus for the family cook. The second floor master bedroom (BR1) offers a plush king size bed, flat screen TV, chest for beach attire and private en-suite bath with a full sized shower. The bunk room (BR2), also on the second floor, offers 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds with a chest. Upstairs you will also find a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a laundry room. The downstairs guest room (BR3) offers a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. In the living room, there is a day bed with a trundle that converts into king sized additional sleeping space.  

Enjoy the AMAZING Pool, which is heated during the winter months, with Waterslide and Palpas throughout. Beachside is located just blocks from everything in Port A.
