This second floor condo has amazing views of the Gulf from the back private balcony. Cool blue walls are ready for your ultimate relaxation. Tasteful ocean-themed decorations bring the feel of the ocean inside. The updated kitchen has granite counter tops, crisp white appliances, utensils, dishes, basic pots and pans needed to enjoy your stay. Just outside the kitchen is a dining table with seating for six, so you have plenty of room for a leisurely meal, a friendly game of cards, or your favorite board game. Relax in the living room with a navy blue overstuffed couch and loveseat and matching accent arm chair, perfect for lounging and watching the mounted flat-screen TV or gazing out the windows at the ocean across the rolling dunes. Step out onto the private balcony with outdoor chairs to catch the ocean breeze. In the bedroom, you will find two Full beds, TV, a dresser and closet, a large mirror, and a convenient nightstand. The fresh attached bathroom has a tub plus shelves to accommodate everything you need for your stay. Amenities include: TV, Wifi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach and  2 Shared Community Pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Place was really nice. Enjoyed our stay. I recommend making the two love seats fold out couchs so you can honestly say the condo sleeps six. Adults can’t sleep on the love seats. I recommend more toilet paper for people staying 5 days. Being able to wash our clothes in the condo would have been nice. Hooks on wall on the patio would be nice to hang out wet towels. Better patio furniture.

From the moment we arrived, everything was great! We were in Port A the week before Memorial Day, and it was the perfect time with very little crowds, and the resort itself was not loud or crowded! The unit was clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, etc. Great view from the 2nd floor, and the walk to the beach only took us about three minutes. We're already thinking about when we can return!

The accommodations were everything we expected. There was everything we needed but best of all was the view. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful sunrise over the water. I would definitely recommend and will return!

We have stayed at Island Retreat before - but this was our first time attending Sandfest. This was a PERFECT location. Short walk to the beach and all the action and no stress over parking. Accommodations are great, super cute 1 br condo. Communication is top notch and the booking was super easy. Great job all around! Can't wait to come back
