Book your stay at this newly remodeled second floor condo. Sip your morning coffee in the sea breeze on the back patio while taking in views of the Gulf. The full kitchen has tile counter tops, bar with two stools, white appliances, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils for preparing meals. Dine at the intimate table with seating for two by the large window. The plush leather couch, chair and ottoman are perfect for relaxing while watching a movie or favorite sports on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. There are two additional arm chairs for visiting guests. The bedroom is comprised of two Full beds, dresser and closet for your beach attire. The hallway bath contains a vanity and tub/shower.  Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include: TV, wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.

My husband and I stayed here in June of 2023. Everything was perfect. It was clean and everything worked perfectly. I loved the location of the room,you could see the waves crashing by the broadwalk. We used the pool by the tennis court . It was sparkling clean! Already planning a trip there again next summer. This is the best place I have ever stayed at. See you next year!

Overall the property is comfortable, but there are some things that would make it better: 1) the ceiling fan in the bedroom is stuck on one speed and won't adjust, 2) the toilet is loose at the bottom and rocks when you sit on it, 3) the bathroom sink drains slow and needs some Draino. I've stayed in this condo 3 times and will continue to book it when available. Can't beat the view!

Our family has stayed in multiple condos at this location and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! The accommodations are great, location is awesome and the beach is always so nice. We have been coming to Port A for years and will continue to stay at our favorite place, Island Retreat. Hoping to book our summer vacation soon. Thank you guys so much for being amazing hosts.

This was our 3rd stay at Island Retreat, and our 1st time in this room. We normally stay in room 145. Both rooms are beautiful and Island Retreat is our go to place in Port Aransas. We will always be a guest there when we go to the coast. We love this place.

Our unit was very nice & when we had a flood thru the ceiling from the upstairs washer, maintenance responded very quickly to clean up the water. We will be back!

Room was excellent, it was our first trip to Port Aransas and our first Vrbo experience. We would definitely stay again, beat any hotel experience we have had. The easy access to beach and despite being a busy weekend the dune provided isolation we were seeking. View of the water and dune was very relaxing.
