Enjoy your stay at this first-floor condo situated by the beach with a coastal theme throughout. The entrance to the property is by the kitchen. This modern area has spacious granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any necessary cookware for your culinary needs. There are 3 barstools to sit and taste while the cook is prepping the day's meal. The adjacent dining table has seating for 5. The open living area has a couch, two chairs, ottomans and a wall-mount TV with cable and WIFI. Sip your morning coffee on the private patio in the ocean breeze which faces the dunes. The first bedroom (BR1) has 2 Full beds, TV, nightstand and an ensuite bathroom which has a tub/shower. It is separated from the vanity area. The second bedroom (BR2) has 2 Full beds. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bath located in the hall with a tub/shower. This condo is near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurants. Amenities include: TV, Wireless internet, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools.

Excellent location and service. Very clean and well appointed condo. Will be back and request the same unit. Note that we are first timers to the Air BnBs, or condos. Did not know what to expect. Spent 35 years in the hotel industry and always had free or deeply discounted high end rooms. I'm now a believer and can't wait for my next stay with Life In Paradise.

This condo is THE BEST!!! It was great to be able to walk right out to the beach from the front door snd right out to the pool from the back door !! We had a great time grilling by the pool and the teenagers loved the pickle ball and tennis courts!! It's a great family environment !!! We highly recommend it and have already booked our next vacation at #155!!!

The kitchen and living area was perfect for our large group to gather for meals and chill time. Our unit was directly across from the large pool and bbq grill area. We had a medical emergency the morning of check out. Management was extremely helpful and allowed is to leave one of the carts at the property and check out late. Someone even stopped by to check on my father in law who had fallen. We were extremely pleased with the property. It was clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for assisting us. My father in law is doing well.

This apartment is downstairs, furnished with enough living room seating for a large group. Our group rented two places, but Twelve of us didn't feel crowded at meal times. Would rent this place again.

This condo could possibly be the BEST place That we have ever stayed!!! The walkway to the beach, the location of the pool, the convenience to shopping and restaurants!! It was PERFECT and we will definitely book our next port aransas vacation at #155 at Island Retreat!!!

This was our second stay this summer and we enjoyed it. The condo was clean and well maintained. There were not enough towels for the eight of us, but the office supplemented what we needed.

What a great place to stay!! We loved every minute of it!! The walkway to the beach! The pool!! The closeness to town!! The pickle ball court!! We just can’t say enough good things about it but we definitely can say that we will stay at island retreat #155 again on our next port aransas vacation!!

We found the unit to be very well maintained and clean. Only issue was the lack of towels and wash cloths, there were six people in a 3 bedroom unit, there should have been more bathing towels and cloths. The front desk was also very helpful in addressing our needs.

This was a great condo for our family's weekend trip to the coast! The condo was neat and definitely smelled clean! Plenty of towels and pillows! Only concern was that the fridge was full of the previous guest's left over groceries so we did have to empty it and dump garbage our 1st night there. The beach was a 2 minute walk over a private boardwalk (closer than i expected! ) and the beach was not too crowded. There was no coffee maker but thankfully housekeeping responded with a pot for us for us for the next day! We would definitely stay again!

It was WONDERFUL!!! We loved being able to walk to the beach!! The pool is great and directly across from 155!! Convenient to town and the decor is so cute and beachy!! We can’t wait to go back again!!! We highly recommend Island Retreat and unit 155!!
