Beach Bungalow is a first-floor studio condo that sits across from the pool and recreation areas and is ready to accommodate up to 4 people. This is an affordable option to stay on the Gulf and enjoy the beach just over the boardwalks which cross the rolling dunes. The kitchen is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances such as a flat cooktop, oven, microwave, duo drip/Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils needed for basic meal preparation (*No Dishwasher*). It has been updated with granite counters and crisp white cabinets. The dining area has a table with two chairs. An extra chair is available just around the corner. Enjoy playing cards or your favorite board game next to the large window, or a leisurely meal together. Nearby, an overstuffed couch with a chaise and coffee table awaits you for relaxation. From there you can watch the flat-screen TV or lounge with the comfy pillows. Get a good night's rest after a day at the beach on two Full-sized beds with calming blue and green bedspreads. You can also watch TV in bed. The full bathroom separates the sink from the stool and tiled tub/shower, so two people can get ready at once. Extra counter space by the bathroom sink keeps your things conveniently within reach. The space is bright and fresh with granite counters and chrome fixtures. Take advantage of the convenient location to all-day fun in the sun across the boardwalk to the beach or a short walk to the shared pool. Amenities include: TV, Wifi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach and 2 shared pools. IR17 Beach bungalow was a excellent room for 4 people. On the ground floor, close to a big swimming pool and not too far from the bridge you go down to beach. Really enjoyed my stay in November 2022.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my kids and I. It was safe, clean, and adorable! There was fresh towels, books, snacks, and more. The bridge to the beach was easy accessible and such a beautiful view. I have already recommended they stay to others if they're ever in the Port A area. We LOVED it!!

The location couldn't be better, close to everything. Owners are wonderful Christian people who make sure your stay is the best! Both condos are extremely nice, updated, well taken care of, very clean and had everything you would need for a getaway or extended stay. They are a home away from home and great places to relax and to get away either alone, or with family and friends. I will always choose one of these condos when I visit Port A.

Our family spent three nights at the Beach Bungalow. Since being there, my husband has said it was his favorite vacation and that's where he wants to return for our next vacation! The room was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The walk to the beach was close enough to return multiple times throughout the day. Port Aransas is a great little town with plenty of shops, restaurants and friendly residents. We will be back!

Both condos are extremely nice, updated, well taken care of, very clean and had everything you would need for a getaway or extended stay. They are a home away from home and great places to relax and to get away either alone, or with family and friends. I will always choose one of these condos when I visit Port A.
The room was very comfortable with nice decor. There were no instructions for the cooktop which would be very helpful. The wall sockets on the outside wall at the front of the unit were not working. The overall grounds were well taken care of and easily traversed. Good prices for a comfortable room.
