This updated nicely decorated condo has had recent upgrades and is just a short stroll to the beach via the private boardwalk. This is a first-floor unit that is spacious and well equipped for all your needs while on vacation including a washer and dryer. Large flat-screen TVs in the living area with Queen size sofa sleeper. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle underneath. Great views from the outside private sitting area of the common area, one of the pools and all the other nice amenities offered by Island Retreat. You will love your decision to stay here. The beach is awesome for playing with the kids, enjoying the scenery, feeding the seagulls, a morning jog, reading a book, building sandcastles, or watching a beautiful sunset! If you don’t feel like getting sandy at the beach, then relax by one of the two onsite pools. For dinner, utilize the fully stocked kitchen, one of the many outdoor grills, or indulge at one of the local restaurants.

We stayed here for our Spring vaca and this location is great! The grounds are very well kept and clean! The pool is spotless. There’s a boardwalk to the beach and that was very convenient! #45 was perfect for our family of six. Very spacious! Comfortable beds. Great decor! We plan on using this one again for summer!

We enjoyed our stay here. Its so spacious and a good location near the beach. Everyone was comfortable with the stay so I'd say 10 out of 10! TY!!

Beach access was great. Property was well maintained. Condo unit wasn't as clean as I would like. Lots of dust under the beds and on furniture in certain places. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Service was good.

Good location and great condo but wasn't clean and the office staff were horrible from when we arrived to when we left. Couldn't find our reservation, argued with me and said it was "normal" for there to be blood spots, and hair in the sheets. I had to wash them myself. We found shoes, dirty towels, around the condo. The office did not even apologize or agree to compensate.
