New furniture, marine life decor and fresh paint on the walls set this condo apart from the others. Feel right at home with a full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for six. Relax or gather in the living room comprised of a couch, that folds out to a sleeper sofa, or two matching armchairs and watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony to soak up the ocean air while taking in views of the shared amenities such as the pool, picnic tables, charcoal grill, volleyball and basketball courts and the path to the boardwalk.  Back inside, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) which consists of a King bed, nightstands, chest, wall-mounted TV, closet and a chair to read a book beside the large window. The first hallway bathroom is made up of a granite vanity and a large, tiled shower with a glass enclosure. The guest room (BR2) offers a Queen bed, chest, closet and TV. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) comprised of a Twin bed, a Twin over Full bunk bed with a Twin pull-out trundle. There is plenty of space to stretch out and play or watch the wall-mounted TV. These rooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall with granite vanity and tile tub/shower. All bedrooms are supplied with smart TV's.  Walk over the boardwalk for a day at the beach, come back and cool off in the shared pool. This complex is approximately 1.2 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Laundry facilities on the premises are open during the day and closed at night. Â

The condo was bright, clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan that helped in keeping the unit cool. Only improvement - more kitchen towels, and a sponge. Otherwise, everyone in our party was well pleased and we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed a week in IR60 with 4 adults and 4 kids. Unit is well equipped with everything you need. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. A short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony, not a full view, but it was nice! Great communication from Life in Paradise before our arrival and throughout our stay! Everyone loved it and we would definitely stay there again!!

This unit was a delight. Very well cared for and outfitted to meet our needs of 4 adults and 3 children. The ocean view was great and the walkway to the beach very attractive. We used to stay at Island Retreat in the 80's and 90's so it is very nice to see the "good bones" of these units updated tastefully such as this unit was. Bathrooms were very nice and beds comfortable. The only shortcoming is the lack of a pantry to store things but we improvised by moving dishes. We also reported the dishwasher not draining after cleaning the dishes. Maintenance worker was very prompt and polite. Has to order a part, sounds like. I also give Vacation in Paradise 5 stars. We were supposed to stay in unit 112 but unbeknownst to VIP, workers had come the day we arrived to fix the balcony ceiling and left construction equipment and debris. We immediately called and were switched to unit 60 which we liked better! Thanks for your quick action! Once again, it's not what happens but how you handle it that makes for great service. Very enjoyable stay! We hope to return! Thanks!

We chose this condo in the off-season (October) because it had boat parking and was close to the marina. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The layout was great for us! Plenty of room to relax and watch tv. The unit was clean and inviting. We will definitely stay here again.
