IR112: Island Retreat 112

We had another great stay at Island Retreat. When a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. We already booked for next year.

Very organized, seamless process! Great for the money as well! We'll be back!

We've rented all over Port A and I always love island retreat. Great pools, great location with excellent proximity to the beach. The condo itself was good, could have used a few more kitchen cooking tools (colander for example) but otherwise the beds were comfy and there was more than enough space for our six adults.

The condo was spacious and clean. Had we intended on cooking the kitchen was stocked will all basic cookware. The view from the balcony was amazing. The only issue and why I couldn't give four stars is that the Spectrum tv service (if that was indeed the issue) was not very user friendly. Sometimes the channel guide was full screen sometimes no. Local channels had to be manually entered. The wi-fi (when it stayed connected) was fine. I did wish there was Netflix availability. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a quick beach trip. Short walk to the beach. Well equipped condo and great resort.

This is our first time staying here and it was way better then the pictures. Staff was so nice and the place so clean. Defiently willbeback

Facilities were nice.a dust pan would have been nice to have. I spoke to two people - the second was Brenda from Life in Paradise about my Avery necklace (cross) and scrolled earrings that I accidentally left in the nightstand drawer in the bedroom nearest the ocean. It was on the side of the bed away from the window. She said she would check on it for me. Hopefully they will be found. Thanks for your care in this matter. Brenda Hollis

It is becoming more and more difficult to find a condo that has a view of the ocean without paying an exorbitant rate. Island Retreat has obviously made repairs and upgrades since the hurricane. We loved the view out the window overlooking dunes and catching glimpses of the waves and ocean - sitting out on the balcony you can hear the waves so well. Having security on the property at night is great! The condo is nicely appointed - the artwork quite nice and the bed in the master bedroom SO comfortable. Check-in via apps and/or email worked seamlessly. Location is excellent.

Unit 112 has been updated beautifully and is super clean! It was generously stocked with towels and sundries. Appliances are modern, clean and working, beds are comfortable and the cabinets are well stocked with dishes and utensils. I will highly recommend this unit to others! We enjoyed our stay very much!
