This is a 2nd floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom ocean view unit, The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King-sized bed, and the 2nd Bedroom (BR2) has 2 Full size beds. Full kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with coffee maker, blender and all the essentials. The kitchen is also fully equipped with any necessary cookware. Each bedroom has its own private, newly remodeled bathroom with beautiful glass-enclosed showers. The living room will make you feel at home with its tasteful beach décor, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV. Local golf course is located just one mile away. Located near downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, beach access and restaurant. Amenities included: TV, wireless internet, access to charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach, 2 shared community pools.

Enjoyed our stay . Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen supplies , plenty of towels and Lots hot water for showers. Checking in was an easy process . Liked the security ck as you entered the property! We were impressed how well the grounds were kept up . Grass mowed , no trash on grounds .Thank you, looking forward to staying here in the future.

My only concern is some of the decorations were breakable and did not want my littles to break anything so I moved them out of reach. Just fyi for mom of littles. Surprisingly roomier than I expected. It is not a fancy place but nicer than pictures. Middle bathroom was huge and best one for sure. The master has a separate bathroom but it is super small but works. I would stay here again. The only thing I would change is I will choose a 1st floor unit next time but that is my own fault. Did not think about it. Stairs are a little scary with littles

We had a wonderful time at Island Retreat, once again! We have stayed in this particular unit before and it is perfect for a week at the coast! The grounds are always in pristine condition and this visit was no different. Landscaping is maintained, trash is invisible and the pool and other amenities were read to go. We will be back again and again.

Had a relaxing time. Condo has a nice layout and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Loved that there was a pool to use as well as BBQ pits and basketball court. Easy walk to the beach.

The condo furnishings were in good conditions and very comfortable and the kitchen had all of the needed utensils and appliances. Very impressed with how well kept the grounds were. definitely a good value.

This is not the first time I have stayed on this property amd I love the location and staff is always friendly. My only real complaint this time was no hot water in our condo. Do wish the pool stayed open til at least midnight during the weekends. Distance to the beach is perfect for walking and loved the view from our balcony of the horizon.
